Located on Queenstown Hill, there is a nearby walking track through the trees down into central Queenstown. For those less able, Taxis and Ubers are readily available, with the ride taking only a couple of minutes.

Three generous bedrooms, each with its own large ensuite bathroom, plus a smaller fourth bedroom. (Please note that the smaller 4th his smaller room has no outside window, however the door has a louvred window at the top to allow light and ventilation.) It works well as a quiet sleeping space for a child or an additional guest. Like the other rooms, it is accessible by both stairs and lift.
